What the request form collects

When you request access, we ask for your chamber’s name, city and state, your name, role and email address, about how many members the chamber has, what it uses today and what you would like from us. A phone number and a message are up to you.

How we use it

• Only to get back to you about ChamberOne: the walkthrough, founding-chamber conversation or pricing information you asked for.
• People at Subterra Technologies read it. We do not send an automatic reply, so the next email you get from us is from one of them.
• We do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept

Your request is stored in the database that runs ChamberOne, which is hosted by Convex. A short notice of it is emailed to our team through Resend.

The demo

The demo chamber and everyone in it are made up. It sends no email, takes only Stripe test cards, and anything you change in it is cleared every night.

Questions, or deleting your request

Ask us when we get in touch. If you would rather we deleted your request, say so then and we will.
